S.M. Lawrence Company, Inc. has been
established since 1917. Coal delivery was the Lawrence family's
business 90 years ago, but with the changes in technology so has S.M.

MECHANICAL CONTRACTING
- Everyone enjoys a cool environment in the hot summer or a nice warm
workplace in the winter. S.M. Lawrence Co. has provided thousands of people with a
comfortable workplace whether it is a manufacturing facility, hospital, or office area. We
commonly use all types of cooling systems including packaged DX equipment and chilled
water systems. Also, heating, ventilation, exhaust, humidification and dehumidification
systems are all under our umbrella of expertise. We have a working knowledge of all types
of controls for air conditioning systems including VAV, smoke
removal and programmable systems. Our

The HVAC services
division, of S.M. Lawrence Co. is what sets
our company apart from other mechanical
contractors. Not only do we have the
ability to design and build a mechanical
system specific to your facilities' needs, but with our service division we can
carry on the every day maintenance and care
for the system's lifetime. Our service
offices in Memphis and Jackson, Tennessee have
a combined total of 60+ service technicians.

SHEET METAL
-
S.M. Lawrence's in house sheet metal shop
fabricates enormous amounts of high quality duct each year. All of our duct meets or
exceeds SMACNA standards. However, duct fabrication is only the beginning of the
capabilities of our 15,000 square foot sheet metal shop. We have talented sheet metal craftsmen
and welders who have developed and fabricated a variety of specialty items including
exhaust hoods and giant filter racks. The shop is fully equipped including ten foot
breaks, Pittsburgh machines and a plasma cutter. High quality ductwork and sheet metal
products are provided to our customers every day. Starting in
2007, we introduced our new spiral pipe
machine, call us for details.
PIPE FABRICATION

Whether you need a piping system for natural gas, glue or anything
else, S.M. Lawrence Co. can provide the solution. We have decades of experience with
sizing and installing pipe for specific applications and with selecting and installing the
needed equipment for the application. Our project managers, engineers and field personnel
will gladly work with you to solve piping system details. We install systems as simple as
a process compressed air hookup to as complicated as you can imagine. Our goal is simple:
to make the system operate in the way the customer desires- or better. We always strive
toward this goal and consistently meet it.
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTING

S M Lawrence is
proud to include electrical construction and
design capabilities in our long list of
services. Our electrical group has been a
leader in the electrical construction industry
since 1968, operating as Casey Electric,
another Comfort Systems Company. Casey was
incorporated into the S M Lawrence family in
2003. Since 2003 more than eighty projects
have been successfully completed for over
sixty satisfied owners. SML also provides
assistance to our customers in need of
